			<description>I too have learned a great deal from this example. I own both SS books but this exercise taught me more than both so far...

Where I am struggling is in setting up the search box. By inserting the $SearchForm variable on the page.ss and borrowing elements from blackcandy, I have been able to successfully search and get a results page across my site.

The problem is that the search input window is located all the way to the right of the screen with the button underneath it. I see that you have set up some searchcode formatting in the css file that is different than that in the blackcandy site. From Googling the SS forums, I know I need to insert a couple of div's in the page.ss to make this work (i.e. get the search window to stay in the frame of the header) but have not been able to figure out what goes where.

Can you offer a hint?

Thank you in advance for all of your superb tutorials.

			<description>Hi Alex, yes the include code goes into which ever template you want to include the footer in, which is most likely Lyaout/Page.ss. The code simply looks like this:

&lt;% include Footer %&gt;

Where 'Footer' is the name of the template you want to include. Happy SilverStriping ;)

			<description>Great POST!
This gave me a aHA with silverstripe. Been working (fighting?) with SS for a little while now and this helped clear up a lot. Except when I made the Footer.ss, what's the code to place it back into Layout/Page.ss. At least I assume that is where it goes. I'm sure it's right in front of me but not hitting me at the moment.
Thank YOU!
